Here is what appears to be a new year for the Jefferson model. Found this is an 1930 Indy newspaper. The Indianapolis News (Indianapolis, Indiana) · 21 Feb 1930, Fri. A first I thought this was just a regular President but when you look at the blow up and contrast adjusted ad the engraving looks very different.

I found this reference to an award given that is called a Bulova Sky Line. I found four or five articles mentioning it. Not sure it if is a real model or a mistake of the Sky King. I thought I would put it out there just in case in comes up.
1934 Bulova Sky Line ? 1933 Bulova Skyline ?

1932 ad confirming the existence of a 17 Jewel Ardsley model like the one in the 1930 unknowns.

Interesting 1936 ad showing the "Wandering President" from prior years as a 1936 Flying Clipper. The name Flying Clipper appears in the model name list and I can't find any corresponding ads or documentation on this name. There is one watch from 1936 listed as 1936 President but no corresponding ads confirming President name in 1936. I am wondering if the following watch was renamed in 1936 to Flying Clipper to honor the 1935 introduction of the landmark Pan-Am Clipper aircraft (see ad) and should be reviewed for a possible name change based on this ad. The clippers were the largest airliners when introduced in 1936 by Pan Am airlines.

I missed this originally. Very interesting advert find.
This watch in the database is the only match for the advert, noting the minute track variation being inside the hours markers. All others are on the outside.

Worth reviewing this watch inline with new evidence of this advert?
