1928 baroness

Just came across a 1928 Baroness (from what i can tell). Watch does not work took it to a local watch shop and I was told they could not get any parts for it.If any one knows where I could locate parts to get it working I would appreciate it.

 They always say that because they can't be arsed to look!  is it a 6ap/6af?

If they don't have the parts I wouldn't trust them to work on it.
