Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but in the last week or so I've noticed that any time I try to use case color or shape or really any of the drop down menus looking up models the site returns an error page.

I haven't had that experience. I just did a search using date, case shape, case color and number of jewels and it worked as expected. This is the link it generated:
