Remove Crown 10CSC movement 1953 Seaford

Can anyone enlighten me on how to remove the crown from the 10CSC listed in the title of my question?

Take the winding stem and crown out of the movement and hold the stem with a pin vise and turn the crown counter clockwise to unscrew it from the stem. If it's rusty, you might want to put a little penetrating oil of it first.

Thank you for your reply! However, I need to know exactly how to take the winding stem and crown out of the movement. I do not know how that is accomplished on the 10CSC. There are 3 screws in close proximity to the crown and stem. Does one of those loosen the crown/stem so it can be removed?

First screw to the left of the stem is the one you want to turn counter-clockwise. Turn 1 rotation at a time and see if the crown and stem pull out.

If you won't be stripping the whole movement down only give it about 1.5 turns and try to slide the stem out. If you fully unscrew it then the setting lever on the dial side will disengage and you will need to remove the dial to reassemble.
