Welcome to myBulova! How wonderful that you inherited your grandfather's watches. My grandmother's watch started my collection : )
It does look like a Duo Wind to me. If it is luminous "G", non-luminous "F" according to this ad. Looks like yours is luminous so I would go with "G"
