Dear TexasLady, Your watching an unknown. It is part of a series of 14K solid gold watches having what I call the “basic shapes” that Bulova issued in 1929. This model is the Tonneau shape, but it exist in other basic shapes as well, all having these “baguette” style engraving on the bezel. To the best of my knowledge (and I have seen around 10 so far) , they did not come with any enamel so I suspect that your green enamel is either the work of a hobbyist or possibly just dirt.
