Welcome to mybulova! M7 is 1967. We need more photos of the watch showing full view of front, the full case back and movement if possible. I just corrected date to 1967 for you. Private message me or email (preferred and easier) the photos and I will resize them and add. I will PM you my personal email.
The number of jewels refers to friction point jewels in the movement, rather than "bling" on the face. I suspect the watch is 17J. and most likely a "Diamond Excellency", but at this point , that is a complete guess.
