Alex, I'll have another look at the advert as I think that it's part of my collection. However I suspect you are correct, which is worrying for a nation wide publication to get it wrong.
Here is another 1925 December newspaper clipping showing it as the Prudence.
Looks like in 1927 it was rebadged as 'The Ruth Elder'
