A9 on movement and case. 1949, but are we sure it's a HE "XX"? I would go along with that ID with or without "Excellency" on the dial, but seconds track appears different from referenced ad and also all the examples of the HE XX in the database. Is that splitting hairs? Possible reworked dial?
