Hello Edminster33, welcome to myBulova. I think the watch you've brought us is a Bulova movement placed in some unbranded aftermarket (non Bulova) case. Generally, a Bulova case of this era would be marked on the outside with a Bulova markings like Bulova name and a date code. We often refer to watches that are not all original Bulova parts as Non-Conforming, which means they can't be identified as a specific Bulova model.
