Unfortunately, these bracelets are integrated to the bezel and replacing them is very difficult. You would have to find another watch identical to this and just swap out the bracelet/bezel. If the weave was solid gold they can be repaired, but as a base metal I'm afraid that isn't possible.
Still, this is no different than many restoration issues where you have to find another watch as a parts donor and make one good watch.
