So far these are the only pics I have as I am yet to receive it from an eBay seller.  As far a s I have been able to tell it has been ID'd as a Watertite, a Medico and a Practitioner but it seems to fit the 'unknown' status IMHO.

Thanks for your message, I'm looking forward to bringing this piece back from the dead!
