Thanks folks, for the welcome, the ideas and the kind words; I'm very pleased with the watch so far. Like you, I haven't managed to find any information on the 'Astrojet' specifically outwith eBay ads. I'm afraid I know nothing of the watch's history, so can't confirm its origin, only that somehow it has made its way to Scotland!
