If it's a re-dial, it's a good one. Black is, after all the most common re-dial colour.
I'm seeing slightly different hour markers on the advert, and that with the hand difference makes me think we have a Clipper, but probably a more specific name than that.
edit:
The dial and hands are a dead ringer for Andersok's 1964 Midnight Clipper, which also has a lapping paint effect on the hour markers.
