I'm good with 1956 President "P"
I checked various price lists, and didn't see the "P" in the sections which suggest new models and/or new price changes, but did finally find two "P" models in the cumulative section of the 1958 Fall list. One "P" noted (9 dia.). Don't know if the other P has less diamonds or no diamonds on dial, but the unique internal Bulova model number (30271) is the same for both P's, so I'm guessing they use same case and movement, with some slight dial variation.
