I think giving the smallest ever in-house chronograph ever made anywhere in the world the simple "chronograph" ID is underwhelming.  The other chronos of this size all use a Valjoux movement. Bulova is the only watch manufacturer to use their own US built movement in their watch, and no ther manufacturer can say that!  "One-Button Chronograph" is a name everyone relates to this watch.  It's a beauty, Tony.  I have asked on military collector sites if this watch was ever issued, and only one person knew of one of these watches being used by a serving officer, a forces medic. I don't think they were issued as such myself.
