Hi Tulora, welcome to myBulova, it's a beautiful watch you have here. For me this one presents a slight dilemma. I'm inclined to agree with the President ID also, based on the Jewel count. If it were 17j I think it would be a Treasurer. The President case style changed dramatically in 1936 and the engraving, or in this example the absence of it has been a bit of a challenge for us.
