Thanks Fellas.

Not quite the Ambassador but close.  I am considering going back to the watch repairman and have him open it for details / markings.  He pointed it out as a nice watch on my first visit and suggested a value of about $300. US.  I will update this once i do.

I went to 3 business's with a bag full of watches.  The one prize was a Rolex.  My Dad was not a "collector" but a "retainer", never throwing anything away.
