To muddy the waters further, I have Accutron Quartz examples of the Accutron Railroad watch, a TZ (Time Zone) version, and a "no day or date" version.
This leads me to lean towards having "Accutron Quartz" as the main identifier, since the heart of all of these models is the 242 Accutron Quartz movement.
I will post pics of the additional watches as time permits me.
