Close up of this 1949 ad shows gold numerals, and the hands look dark but will match numerals.

Cadet "D", yellow case, a match.
Pretty sure I see a circle datemark for 1944, between the ratchet wheels.
1947 case, maybe a swapover movement at some time, maybe recently.
