It's like a Squadron Case w/ same jewel count/size movement, only with this great dail. I'll check if we have case measurements/crystal specs for any of the period close Squadron examples.
The ad used above sure indicates this Squadron/BB case is very similar, and subject dial (and perhaps gold color) may make it the BB (I think we may have an ad w/ a variant for subject watch...I'll double check).
