The movement model woudl be 17AE. I don't see a serial number on the movement. I do see BXW on balance cock, the Swiss to USA import code.
Got the hands of the earilier (17jewel) Chesterfield. This 1946 Buckingham ad also shows 17 jewels without the beautiful two tone dial. But then, in 1947 we see Buckingham advertised w/ 21 jewels, but without the two tone dial.
This watch is a beauty....but case and dial may suggest something other than Buckingham regardless of jewel count.
