Many thanks for your feedback, thats great that i can now identify what it is, I have looked at the technical manual and this also makes good reading - assembly and disassembly aside as this didnt mean a greate deal to me.

The watch itself is not in good order and is quite knocked about (its been used for what it was intended) i'm assuming the only value is sentimental or is there a market for these do you know?
