Wow....and you say Bulova did the service in 2008 (snippet of your earlier comment below). I'd sure think Bulova should foot the bill on this movement swap if they did it.
A great family heirloom well worth getting a correct (or better) movement. It's also non-conforming with these details, but I'm good with a tentative Accuquartz "F" while you pursue the movement. Case/dial/hands and that great gold band are a match.
