I have no idea what the Arrow is all about as We don't see it in the 1920's.
We do see the Arrow in the 1930's (1937) and in very close proximaty to the Triangle (1935), as mentioned prior. The datecoding of the subject Watch suggests the 10 AP is a 1930's Movement.
* based on the Case Seriel number and admins data 'LONE EAGLE' with a new mvt?
** Late night edit: The Arrow on the subject Watch Movement does indeed look like the Arrow which appears on admins 10AN movement mentioned prior, totally missed that one!
This is a great piece surrounded in mystery and one where MyBulova shines....
