Looks like the love-child of the 1936 "Commander" (J) and the Ambassador (M) in this ad!
Looking again, your watchs' dial looks more like the Commander dial, in an engraved Kirkwood case.
Unknown.
EDIT:- The part between the lugs is part of the case, and not part of the bracelet, right?
If it is not part of the case, it is the Commander.
