If we don't have an ad showing those case/dial/jewel count "watches" can be confused with a different model or variant, based on the mount or other attribute in the ad), IMO they would be the AA "OO" and the AA "NN". So if we simply ignore the bands (and text about the bands) and can't find another conflicting model/variant, then they are best described by ID'ing to the variant. If there's reasonable doubt based on conflicting ads, then it may be difficult to say which of the two or more model/variants they are, but IMO that reasonable doubt has to be based on ads on site, not the probability that they may be something esle if not on the specified mount.
Conversly, if we do have ads showing the mount makes the variant, then IMO we could not distinguish between the two. If it's two (or more) variants which we cannot decern, then we go with generic. If it's two (or more) models which we can't tell abart, then we go with unknown. IMO
