Agree with case ID, but more info is required on the movement for full three ticks.
I think the case is a little different to how Darhin describes. You have to remove the bezel ring from this model, then the crystal and expansion ring comes off, then you can wiggle the stem and movement to take apart the two part stem, then the movement will drop out.
The case style Darren's removal instructions describe did not come on the market until about 1960.
