Yea Fifth is does in that example, but not the 1930 case I linked to a couple comments up. I may have distorted the photos during my pasting below. Compare to the last photo of subject case back to those three 1930 photos at very bottom. Is it just the angle of the photo of case back, with the hinge side being "out of view" in 1930 example? Pics of 1930 cases open seem to "hide" this possibility also. I think they are different cases (or case backs)
