You gotta check out when the released "The Time Machine" because although our ads for this model start in 1950, I have a 1949 Treasurer which fits the bill. Bulova would for sure market and even name a model based on something as significant as Treasure Island though. I think of the Ivanhoe case shape and that mustache, or the Dewey model. Possibly named for one of those three famous brothers...Huey, Dewey and Louie...(born 1937 for comics/paper; 1938 on screen).
