The only way to determine if the dials been redone is to take it off and look for a scribed id #. The refinishers usually put them by the centerpost hole. It's usually pretty hard to find a original balack dial that pristine unless it wasn't worn much. Wether it is or isn't,  she's a looker! Love the 4, I've never seen that before, or maybe just never noticed, now I'll be checking.
