There are at least three different models with this same case. I have one with wire lugs and a seconds subdial, then there's Fifth's with wire lugs and no seconds subdial, then there is the one that matches the Juliana ad, shown below, which, by the way, also has a different dial.
I don't see how it makes sense to call them all the Juliana. In fact, when my 1928 wire lug version (see below) was posted here, it was rejected by all as the Juliana, and it is closer to a match than Fifth's.
The Juliana is a Ladies' Sports Model, all of which had regular, rather than wire, lugs, as most were intended to be on leather straps. They also tended to have radium dials, like the men's models.
