It had been an unknown model up till early October.  We had discussed resubmission as unknown for review by panel members vs. just changing to the newly found model name.  It was quicker/easier to change these unknowns to the new name and allow members to assign ticks.  Had this previously been ID'ed as a tentative model (vs unknown), then it would make sense to resubmit for review, as there could be some contention.  So going directly from an unknown to a newly found model name, in this instance, was easiest and gave the same end results.
