On my Lone Eagle w/ a 10AN movement swap from ten years after case date, I had changed to Non-conforming. Admin and Plains had thought it was ok as Lone Eagle, that I just mentioned the movement swap in the comments field. I remember there were exceptions surrounding non-conforming, but with a battery mvent in subject watch above, this is not an exception. However it was unclear in my LE example. So I agree non-conforming in subject watch, but it currently has two stars, so do I give one star for unconfirmed, or wait for the possibility that someone will change the record to non-Conforming? ...or am I again taking this (and myself) to serious.
