Yea, a litte plate loss I hadn't seen before but a good ol' watch.
Here's a confession, I will say it once and once ony, here.
The case is stamped on the outer back Bulova with the Shield symbol.
It looks like I was wrong.
Wayne, what are We calling this engraving pattern, ball and pin?
