slightly different dial than ad, and it looks like the lugs on subject watch have a little grove and are also slightly different than the case/lugs in the ad Fifth posted above. ...and case gold color....but that could be only a variant difference. 1960 ad snippet on left, Subject watch on right.
So I'm good w/ Bulova 30, as all this is most likely a difference in variant designation.
