The Case of this Watch certainly looks like #11634 (on Left) in the 2nd 'JET STAR' ad above exept in Yellow hence the -Y designation.
The Watch fits the descriptive text on all other points: 17 Jewels, Automatic. Day / Date. It's a 'JET STAR' - model #11649 in Yellow.
