Here is a close match from a British ad. Slightly different shape to the dial but most likely from this International collection. I looked up the name Golden Award and found an auction with this watch in the case for sale. Looks to be a better match to the subject watch but with a gold dial. I believe this to be a variant of a 1974 Bulova International Golden Award.
