I had thought it most likely that the caseback had been swapped with one from an ORD watch, but perhaps someone here knows different. 

I posted the watch on WUS asking for info and someone replied 'There is an A-11 type watch that comes in the ORD marked watch cases. These are stamped "OFA". These are not common.'
