Farragut seems correct, though the jewel count of the movement is unknown.

This case looks to be a top-loader (the back does not open). There appears to be a bezel ring that once removed would allow access to remove the crystal and the crown is likely a two-piece type that separates inside the tube. Then the movement can come out of the case.

This is a manual-wind only watch. Shaking it may allow for some short duration of running, but there is not a duo or self winding option on this one.
