The 2182 would be correct for the Date and Day movment:
2180: Time only
2181: Time and date only (Accutron Calenda)
2181F: Same as a 2181 with on/off switch (Swiss made)
2181G: Same as a 2181 with on/off switch (Japan made)
2182: Time and date, with day of week (Accutron Date and Day)
2182F: Same as a 2182 with on/off switch (Swiss made)
2182G: Same as a 2182 with on/off switch (Japan made)
2183: Time only
2183F: Same as a 2183 (Swiss made)
Subject watch is a 1970 Bulova Accutron Date and Day "AG"
