The movement and dial seem correct, but I think from either 23, 24 or maybe 25. The hands are not original and I would say Bulova never used this case with their branded BULOVA watches.
Providence Watch Case Company may have been a subsidiary of Bulova, but I do not think they were used by Bulova with their own branded watches. I think these were used for Westfield watches.
