Shooter - As I understand the terminology, a chronometer is a high precision time keeper and I believe an actual certification in Switzerland, a chronograph is a combination of a watch and a stop watch.
This is a chronograph and I believe correctly named. The outside set of numbers is a tachymeter (tachometer) function of this chronograph.
Ok, just for you, I'll accept the $2300. In fact, I'll deliver it for that price!!
