I should have clarified it's an approximate date - based on this spec sheet I found for the Landeron movement: https://www.time2tell.com/en/swiss-calibres/83-landeron-11-v1935.html

Hope this helps. I've seen a few unbranded or lesser known brands use this unsigned movement, but this is the only Bulova I've seen with full signatures on dial, case and bridge.
