oh!!! the last picture is a 7 jewels of 1920! i missed this one! so i dont get the first 7 jewels rubaiyat of d.b. but the oldest rubaiyat with 7 jewels.....
if never you got it right about bulova/bulova w.co. in comparaison of rubaiyat and rubaiyat w.co. it will mean that the trench watch me and fifth got could suposed to be 1920 upward..... cause we see rubaiyat stamp only in 17-18-19. after this in 1920 and upwards we see the rubaiyat w.co. stamp in case with globe.
with a 7 jewels with the rubaiyat w.co. stamp , i was thinking the subject watch is better align with the trench watch cause in 17-18-19 we never saw the rubaiyat w.co. stamp. so the subject watch and the two trench watch are supposed to be all in 1920 upward? dont think so. they dont wear the globe..... and thats why i supposed the subject watch is 1916.
you can show me all this picture but none of these wear the american standard case housing a 7 jewels with the rubaiyat w.co. stamp.....
did you just ever see a rubaiyat 7 jewels with rubaiyat w.co. stamp?
thats the point i use to aligne the subject watch with our two trench watch.
dial and hands configuration can exist till 1911-1912. we just dont know so dating by this and regardless about the movement jewels count and the stamp is a bit too easy..... you put this in front as the dial and hand never exist before 1917 but the truth is we just dont know
And yes dating this little bully is a real nightmare for the moment. Hope one day we will able to clean this mess with new info.😂
the dating at this time is not important to me.....
but the fact remain about the jewels count and the famous stamp.....
other way my trench watch with Leo harper engraved name are just a post war remeberance object ? worn to the death by a man who serve at 1st 14-18......maybe !
missing to much info beside small hints......
the rabbit hole is deeper than ever once again.
