The case is that of the Cambridge like Bob's watch found HERE. I don't think the dial is original to this watch. It seems we could classify it as such and note a dial swap. Worst case scenario is to classify it as Non-Conforming. Cambridge came with a 15 jewel movement. Both this watch and Bob's watch have 10AX movement so I'm inclined to go with 1941 Bulova Cambridge (with dial replacement).
