I'd look to heavily attack the area where the screw what last seen flying through the air with a big magnet. Hopefully you'll here a click and find the missing screw.
They are also fairly generic screws, just small, so you ight be ab;e to source a generic replacement. I did the same thing on a week ago and was able to find a suitable replcaement is a pile of old watch screws I have.
Can you confirm the movement model number?
