I’m not sure if I see what you see in the picture but we know from the 1954 and that the “M” has “luminous raised gilt numerals, trylons, hands. Red sweep seconds hand.” While the line book doesn’t describe it in such detail, there’s nothing contradictory and the pictures match and they match the subject watch with the key identifier being the gold numbers, tyrlons, and hands.
