Every member has a determination in the identification of watches added to myBulova. The panel just makes the final call based on all the information available. 

It's this level of detail that we know can make all the difference when it comes to an accurate model ID, especially models that have numerous variants.

I found this in a 57 linebook that contained watches from 1951 (eg Berkshire), so it's highly plausible this falls within the time period in question.

NOTE what I think is reflection coming off the odd indicies, suggesting the gold metal.
