This one is indeed puzzling. There weren't many model lines in this time frame sporting a 23J movement.By process of elimination and comparing cases, I suspect this is a member of the Brigadier family. Here is one that is close that is also in a Star Watch Case Co. case with identical case stampings.

1964 Linebook lists Brigadier variants A, C and D. None is a match, but close. Could this be "B"? I'm not going to speculate on that, but suspect your watch is a
